Diversity Network - Insights from the European financial sector during the Covid-19 pandemic

  • Description

For the second webinar of its "Covid-19 & Diversity" series, the Diversity Charter Lëtzebuerg looks at the Luxembourg and Belgian financial sectors and their diversity management methods.

How does the pandemic affect the management of human resources, diversity and inclusion in the financial sector? What measures have been taken by these different actors to address the crisis and support their employees who are more prone to discrimination? What actions can you put in place right now to help you to better manage diversity within your organisation?

Come and find answers to these questions (and many others!) on May 20th from 2 to 3 pm.

  • Claire Godding, FEBELFIN Belgium, will give a global analysis of diversity management in times of crisis.
  • Autumn Le Lievre, HSBC Luxembourg, will present the holistic approach implemented by her organisation to ensure an inclusive management of its employees during the pandemic, offering examples inspired by their actions for the LGBTQI and disabled groups.
  • Katrien Goossens, ING Belgium, will share the actions taken by her group to deal with the pandemic and their impact.

E-seats are limited, so don't wait!
