Each year, the official signing session allows to welcome the new signatories of the Diversity Charter Lëtzebuerg in presence of the Minister for Family and Integration and patron of the Diversity Charter.
A significant moment in the beginning of a commitment towards diversity promotion and management or formalization of an existing commitment, the signing session is an highlight of the Diversity Charter agenda, gathering the new signatories’ CEOs. Their presence in this session is mandatory to show that the commitment in favour of diversity positions itself at the highest decision-making level of the organisation.
In order to continue its information and awareness raising mission among the signatories as well as the wider public, the Diversity Charters official signing session is always followed by a conference on a diversity-related topic: intergenerational management, diversity in the digital era, linguistic diversity, etc., the addressed topics to inspire the new and older signatories are very varied from one year to another.
