As part of Diversity Day Lëtzebuerg, celebrated in May, we joined the national initiative that brings together companies, public organisations and associations to promote diversity andinclusion.
This year, we marked the occasion with “Let’s Play Equal”, a collaborative team game designed to encourage reflection ondiscrimination and privilege. Each team embodied a fictional character with various characteristics that could lead to advantages or disadvantages in everyday life. Through this engaging experience, we fostered open dialogue, greater self-awareness, and collective thinking around the many dimensions of diversity.
