In Hines we value the multi-diverse cultural background of our employees, and we make sure to organise communication campaigns, activities and learning opportunities such as webinars, in order to inform and gather our employees into the community.

The company has an internal organisation of volunteers called One Hines, where everyone is invited to participate with their ownskills and knowledge.

Appointments and activities are organised regularly.

In Luxembourg, we try to cover cultural events to have Luxembourg known to our international employees. We do participate in international activities on a remote platform.
