The Diversity Awards are back for another edition!
Every two years, this event rewards the most outstanding projects in diversity andinclusion management in Luxembourg.
The awards highlight the concrete and innovative initiatives put in place by companies, public institutions and associations to promote an open, respectful and inclusive working environment. More than a simple distinction, the Diversity Awards aim to inspire and encourage other players to commit to diversity, by demonstrating that it is a real asset for society and organisations.
Actions in favour of diversity will be honoured in the following four categories:
- Recruitment, induction and integration
- Career management
- Environment and well-being at work
- Communication and organisational values
The Awards will be presented at an official ceremony on 6 October!
