Adopted on 10 May 2023, the directive aims to enhance pay transparency to reduce the gender pay gap and strengthen enforcement mechanisms to ensure equal pay. EU member states have until 7 June 2026 to transpose this directive into national law. Learn how you can start preparing now for these major changes that will reshape the pay landscape.
