Diversity Day 2016 - As part of the Luxembourg Diversity Day celebrations on May 12, 2016, RBC I&TS Luxembourg employees teamed up to build a Home for Diversity &inclusion of their very own. The slogans on the bricks bear testimony to what Diversity means to each and every employee. The Home of Diversity is on display in the Reception area of the RBC building.

Objectifs

Provide an inclusive opportunity to all employees to speak up and voice their opinion of what diversity means to them, and leverage those ideas for a more inclusive workplace.

Approche

Provide an opportunity to all employees to team up and express what diversity means to them by writing their ideas on the coloured bricks and then placing the bricks in the construction.

These ideas will be leveraged to develop inclusive initiatives that reflect the voice of our employees and support one of RBC's core values of Diversity & Inclusion: We embrace diversity for innovation and growth.

Don't forget to follow up on the messages written down on the Home of Diversity. Otherwise employees will believe that their opinions are not taken into account and have no chance to be brought to life.
