Objectifs

To celebrate diversity, recognise the contributions of employees from diverse backgrounds and promote inclusivity in the workplace.

Approche

The Company provides all employees with an access to an e-learning platform and will encourage them to use the various trainings available in the field of diversity andinclusion, allowing them to learn about different cultures, understand unconscious biases that may exist, and gain skills to work effectively and inclusively.

Impact

The various trainings will increase awareness and understanding of diversity issues, promote a culture of inclusivity, and minimize incidents ofdiscrimination or exclusion.
