We organized a Day , set up as a Mandatory training for the hotel staff , where we organized workshop around the themes disabilities and how to act, interact and react on them.

Contexte

All staff for the Novotel, corssfunctional departments where invited to follow these workshops. Interactive, Q&A based, live situations.

Objectifs

Raise awarness, get staff members in contact with people in these curcomstances, Q&A.

Approche

Workshops Braille, Workshop sign language, Workshop wheel chair accessibility, Workshop guidance dogs.

Impact

Great feedback, great interaction, second Diversity day organized in 2024 around the themes LGTBQ+.

Great interactive way of dealing with these issues. To see, experience and feel makes this a training that stays in the mind of the staff members.

Take the necessary time for debrief, for questions asking, for exchange among staff members .. workshops to dence with not enough space for these exchanges.
