Description of action: 

Valuing Diversity means recognizing and valuing the contribution of different talents and skills and creating an inclusive working environment. Time For Equality's action aims at raising awareness of and promote the benefits of employing disabled people and sharing best practices.

We organise a joint workshop with Jane Hatton, founder and director of Evenbreak, an innovative UK social entreprise "matching employers valuing diversity with talented disabled candidates." Introduction by Rosa Brignone, Time For Equality.
"Why employ disabled people?" will be delivered in English, via web, by Jane Hatton.

1. The business benefits of employing disabled people:
( Productivity, attendance, retention, health and safety, reputation, marketing, skills)

2. Attracting disabled applicants:
(Advertising, recruitment process, positive action)

3. Disability etiquette:
( Diverse impairments, Communication, asking the question)
